Ambassador Training

If you are a Cass County 4-H Ambassador, join us for a joint County Ambassador Training Session in Itasca County.  The goal of the training is to provide expectations, resources, and hands on activities to help ensure that you will have the best possible experience in the Ambassador program.

Becoming an a 4-H Ambassador:
Are you in grades 6 through 12 have a passion for 4-H, but are not currently a County Ambassador?  Think about joining the Cass County Ambassador program. 
4-H County Ambassadors create opportunities to use their skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork. They represent 4-H through 21st century leadership and global citizenship which contributes meaningfully to their communities.
Participating in a county ambassador program is a fantastic opportunity with great responsibility. County Ambassadors are viewed as role models to younger 4-H youth. Benefits of participating in the program included:
- Increase participant’s knowledge of 4-H
- Improve participant’s communication skills
- Learn and practice new leadership skills
- Increase public awareness of 4-H

This is a group of 4-H youth who work together to have fun promoting 4-H, planning and organizing events, and teaching younger 4-H’ers.
