Project Development Committee (PDC) Meeting

The Cass County 4-H All Project Development Committee Meeting (PDC) will be held on Thursday, January 25 at 6:30 PM at the Cass County Extension Office in Pine River.  Each PDC, dog, livestock and horse, will be on the same evening with staggered meeting times. There will be something fun and project related followed by a short discussion about judges for livestock and horse as well as other info for 2018. Please plan for your club’s PDC delegates to attend if your club wants input on the judges that will be considered for this year.

Thursday, January 25

Cass County Extension Office

Dog: 6:30-7:00 PM
Livestock: 7:00-7:30 PM
Horse: 7:30-8:00 PM

IMPORTANT:  According to the new PDC by-laws that we developed last year, each club should select up to 4 youth delegates and up to 2 adult volunteers for each PDC to represent your club. Those delegates may overlap between the Dog, Livestock, and Horse PDCs if necessary. Please send those chosen members and volunteers to this meeting.

If you cannot attend, and still want your ideas shared, please contact the office, or send along your ideas with another member who will be attending.
