  • Livestock Project Bowl Leads to Lively Learning

    Livestock Project Bowl is fun, increases your animal knowledge for showmanship, mandatory interviews at the State Fair and gets you into real competition. This group meets once a week January through March to study health, physiology, feeding, care and current industry issues of cattle, sheep, swine, and goats. For grades 3 and up.

    Highlights and bonus pictures from the 2015 Clay County Fair can be found in the Fair in Review in the download section of this site. Also please take the short survey to help us make improvements for the upcoming year. Thanks to everyone for making 2015 another memorable fair.
  • Barn Quilt Trail Project

    This project is being developed to emphasize a sense of community and pride in our heritage and culture. These big quilt squares are painted on the sides of barns, local businesses and significant buildings and even free standing. It is placed so that the pattern can be viewed as people drive past.
