  • 4-H Summer Adventures; “What Goes Up, Must Come Down” Coming to Your Town

    4-Hers and friends come take part in “What Goes Up, Must Come Down.” For youth 1st through 5th grades. Activities such as building gliders, catapults or trebuchets, yo-yos, egg drop challenge, roller coaster design and boomerangs are on the schedule.

  • Livestock Judging Team forming in Clay County

    Are you interested in beef, sheep or swine? Do you want to know what makes a good animal? If so you should join the Clay County 4-H Livestock Judging Team.
  • Livestock Project Bowl Leads to Lively Learning

    Livestock Project Bowl is fun, increases your animal knowledge for showmanship, mandatory interviews at the State Fair and gets you into real competition. This group meets once a week January through March to study health, physiology, feeding, care and current industry issues of cattle, sheep, swine, and goats. For grades 3 and up.
  • Barn Quilt Trail Project

    This project is being developed to emphasize a sense of community and pride in our heritage and culture. These big quilt squares are painted on the sides of barns, local businesses and significant buildings and even free standing. It is placed so that the pattern can be viewed as people drive past.
