Favorite 4-H project or program (and why):
Showing dairy cattle at the county fair has been Ethan’s favorite 4-H event. It has taught him a lot, like how to properly and responsibly handle cattle. Showing dairy cattle has also given him the opportunity to meet other dairy showmen.

Advice to other 4-H youth:
Do not be afraid to try new things. 4-H is what you make of it. If you chose to make it just a single day event that is what it will be, but if you decide to use it as a tool to grow your leadership abilities, it can do that too.

Why do you think people should be involved in 4-H?
4-H offers a variety of programs to promote leadership and accountability.

Parents: Dean and Elizabeth Johnson, older brother Jacob Johnson and older sisters April VonRuden and Chelsey Asche

Anything else you’d like to include:
The best way to enjoy 4-H is to find friends in what you do.
