Welcome to the University of Minnesota Extension Service in Faribault County. The Extension Service is the educational outreach arm of the University of Minnesota. Our Mission is "to involve people in improving the quality of life and enhancing the economy and the environment through education, applied research, and the resources of the University of Minnesota." Faribault County has access to a team of Regional Educators with subject matter expertise in Agriculture, Food, and Environment; Family Development; Natural Resources and Environment; and Community Vitality. The Extension Office also gives leadership to the 4-H Youth Development and Master Gardener Programs. |
