County Fair Registration - Due July 8

Each 4-H member should receive a County Fair Registration Form and Premium Book (1 per family) from their club leader.  If you misplaced your form, you can use the generic form linked below.  The premium book is also linked below.

The registration form is where you will indicate what exhibits you will be bringing to the fair, both livestock and general exhibits.  To complete the form, locate the class number for each item you plan to exhibit at the fair and write it on the form along with a brief description of the item:

P-280-1 - Lawn & Landscape
B-16-5 - Holstein, Grade Winter Sr Yearling

For general project areas, you can exhibit up to 10 exhibits per class.  To enter more than 1 on your County Fair Registration Form, list the class number for each exhibit you plan to bring:

If you wanted to bring peanut butter cookies and brownies, you would enter:
P-190-1 Food & Nutrition
P-190-1 Food & Nutrition

OK, now who wants peanut butter cookies?!?  :)

For most livestock classes, you may exhibit 1 animal per class.  Some exceptions do apply.  Read the descriptions for each specie carefully.  Remember, IDing an animal DOES NOT register it for the fair.  Livestock classes must be indicated on the Fair Registration Form for those animals to be eligible for awards, state fair, and the auction.

You must be enrolled in a project area to exhibit in it.  You can add project areas to your Fair Registration Form without consequences.

READ the Premium Book carefully and thoroughly!  YOU are responsible for knowing and understanding the policies and expectations for the areas in which you plan to exhibit.  If you have questions, please contact the office!  Be sure you also know and understand the deadlines for arrival and judging, state fair sign-up, and auction sign-up.

COUNTY FAIR REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE JULY 8th!  They can be snail mailed (postmarked July 8th), hand delivered by 4:30 p.m., or emailed or faxed by 11:59 p.m. on July 8th.  We encourage you to follow up with a phone call or email to ensure they were received.

If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to contact us at the office!  We are happy to help!
