Green Travelers Exchange Registration

The Green Travelers Exchange 4-H Club is looking for a few new members!  It is a 2-year commitment to host 4-Hers from another state one year and travel to that state the next.  A typical trip includes touring local attractions, educational and team-building activities, establishing lasting friendships... and a lot of fun!  Instead of staying in hotels, members stay with 4-H host families.  In past years, the group has traveled to West Virginia, Missouri, Alaska, Arizona, Maryland, and more!  The group meets throughout the year to plan the trip, fund raise travel costs, and plan the host year.  Nearly 100% of travel costs are covered by fundraising.

WHO:  Goodhue County 4-H youth in grades 7-13 (completed 6th grade, minimum age 13)

WHEN:  Travel/host time is one week in the summer.  The program in a two year commitment.  Planning meetings are throughout the year.  The first meeting for new enrollment (2014-2016) will be early fall following the fair.  (registrants will be notified of meetings via email)

REGISTER:  Send registration form to 1200 Jefferson Dr, Zumbrota MN 55992 by Friday, July 25, 2014.
