2017 – 2018: Vibrant Youth, Vibrant Clubs – Leadership Takes a Village

Supporting 4-H members to realize their potential is important work that’s made easier with many people. The 2017 Fall Volunteer Training will focus on creating a healthy, vibrant club or committee by engaging more volunteers and sharing leadership.

Training is for all 4-H youth & adult volunteers in clubs and county-wide groups and programs, including project development committees, federations, leader’s council and others. At least one volunteer from each club or group needs to attend, but you are encouraged to come as a team of youth and adults.

Participants are asked to bring a copy of their club/group program calendar for use in one of the activities. You will discover ways to share roles with youth and adult volunteers and examine your club or committee leadership structure to keep your group vibrant for years to come. A light breakfast and lunch will be served.

Training for Urban 4-H (Hennepin and Ramsey):

Date: Saturday, October 7th, 2017

Time: 9:00am-2:00pm
