Business Meeting & Volunteer Training

The Koochiching County 4-H Leader Council 's Fall Business meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, October 1st at 2:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room of the Littlefork City Hall. The meeting agenda includes: Annual Club Chartering, 2017-2018 Council Budget, 4-H Afterschool Programming, and the FLL Robotics Progam.  Please remember that under our new constitution, a voting quorum is one 4-H youth member in 6th grade or higher and one Minnesota 4-H Volunteer from each 4-H Community Club in Koochiching County.

Immediately following this business meeting, we will be hosting our Annual Volunteer Training in the same room starting at 2:30 pm. This Volunteer Training is open to any youth interested in the youth leadership program (grade 6+) and any adults who are screened volunteers or are interested in becoming a screened volunteer. Clubs are expected to send at least one volunteer representative to this Annual Training.

If you have never attended a Council meeting or Volunteer Training, but are interested in taking on a more active role in Koochiching County 4-H... you are encouraged to come spend the afternoon with us.

If you plan on attending or might possibly be attending, please follow link  to submit a quick RSVP. This will give us an estimated headcount for preparation of snacks and materials.
