Gearing up the Simple Machines

Koochiching County 4-H will be offering STEM based Afterschool programming for 3rd to 6th graders in Indus, International Falls, and Northome.

Simple Machines is a LEGO Education curriculum where youth practice engineering skills by constructing simple machines. Youth will use LEGOs to investigate and understand the operation of simple and compound machines found in everyday life: gears, wheels and axles, levers and pulleys.
