Find out more about Volunteer Screening

The University of Minnesota requires that all adult volunteers working with youth in the 4-H program be screened.  This includes anyone who is on a committee with youth, driving them to events, meetings and any direct contact with youth.  The process is not painful, but instead protects the 4-H members, volunteer adults and the University of Minnesota.  If you would like to become a 4-H Volunteer, please call the Extension Office to receive an application.  Fill it out, complete the online training and you are done!
