Pulse Points

Take a moment and take your club's "pulse".  It will be a way to see if your group is practicing great youth development.  Talk about "pulse points" with your group and see where you excel and where you can improve.

At your groups, do adults interact with youth?  Do they use lots of open ended questions?  These are questions that require more than a yes or no answer.  (i.e.  Where could you use this skill after our meeting?)

At your meetings, do Cloverbuds get a time on their own away from the business part of the meeting?  Talking Point:  Have older youth or a screened volunteer do an activity with the Cloverbuds during the business part of the meeting.
