  • SW Minnesota Career Tours Registration

    Check out these exciting opportunities to tour and learn about careers in SW Minnesota. Register by June 8th. Transportation is provided. Pipestone county tour is planned for June 15. Martin & Watonwan county tour is scheduled for June 28th.
  • Lincoln County May 4-H Clover Update newsletter now available

    The Lincoln County 4-H Clover Update newsletter contains the latest news and information about 4-H events, deadlines, trainings, projects and other activities for members, families and volunteers in your county.
  • Summer Programming!

    We have lots of great learning experiences planned for Lincoln County beginning the end of May! This includes a Babysitting Clinic, Photography Workshop, and 3 different Day Camps! Check it out and we hope you will join in the fun! Registrations are due to the Extension Office by May 17th!
  • Specialized Premium Books

    Per the request of Leader's Council, we have the 2016 Premium Book in sections. WE STILL HAVE THE REGULAR PREMIUM BOOK however the leaders thought it may make things easier for those families who only show specific exhibits. The book is posted with 4 specializations: Cloverbud, Club Project, General Exhibits and Livestock.

  • FairEntry Assistance

    We will be moving full speed ahead with FairEntry this year for the Lincoln County Fair! FairEntry is the NEW fair registration system all of Minnesota 4-H is using.
  • Attention 4-H Demonstrators!

    You are invited to give your 4-H demonstration during the fair! The Lincoln County Fairboard will be holding a 4-H Demonstration Night on Saturday, July 30th during the fair in the interactive Activity Area in the Open Class Exhibit Building. Pre-registered participants will receive a $20.00 cash award for presenting a 2-30 minute demonstration. To register, please contact Curt Madsen by July 14th at 507-247-5675.
  • General Livestock Judging Teams

    Lincoln County will have Junior, Intermediate, and Senior teams this yea and will be practicing during the summer months according to members schedules. Judging team is an excellent opportunity for members to learn about livestock, be a part of an organized team, plus develop lifetime skills and confidence. If you are interested in any of the teams- contact Coach JT Weber at 507-368-9560 or by contacting Kate.
  • Horse Practice Begins

    Horse practices will start in May at the Tyler Fairgrounds horse arena. You will need to bring: lead with chain, tack for riding, cowboy boots and helmet. All practice time/dates are on the horse member shutterfly site. If you are not a member of the site yet contact Steph DeRuyter (507-828-7486) for information and questions.
