Gardening Education Day-2018 Registration is Open

Join Extension Master Gardeners and garden enthusiasts for the 20th annual Gardening Education Day on Saturday, March 10, 2018. This day-long event is filled with valuable gardening information all Extension Master Gardeners and garden enthusiasts will enjoy.

The day consists of numerous concurrent sessions to select from including sessions on sustainable gardening, twilight gardens, spring ephemerals, ornamental trees, critter control, succulents, and houseplants.  There will also be classes on saving seeds, lawn care, organic gardening, tomatoes, and flowers and pollinators. We are excited about our new venue location at the Gorecki Center on the beautiful St. Benedict College Campus in St. Joseph.

General sessions will be "Keeping Flowers Healthy for Beautiful Blooms" by University of Minnesota Extension Educator Michelle Grabowski and "Magical Plant Communities" by Gail Soens. Numerous vendors will be on hand as well.  We look forward to having you join us.

Early bird registration is $30 until March 1, 2018 and includes morning refreshments and lunch.
