  • SE Invitational Project Bowl
    If you have entered a team in the regional 4-H Project Bowl contests, here’s a chance for you to practice and learn about 4-H Project Bowls. The SE Invitational Project Bowl will be held Saturday, February 17 in Byron.

  • 4-H Re-Enrollment Is Open
    4-H families can go to 4Honline to re-enroll in 4-H for the 2017-2018 4-H year. The longer you wait, the greater the chance of missing out on project, county and event related announcements.
  • Project Spotlight: Computer
    This month’s project spotlight is computer. In this project area members explore the workings of computers from looking at different types of computers to exploring different types of software members can learn many things about technology through this project area.
  • Livestock Quality Assurance & Ethics Training (LQA&E)
    All youth participating as a State Fair 4-H livestock exhibitor in beef, dairy, sheep, swine, poultry, rabbits, meat and dairy goat and lama must have completed the Livestock Quality Assurance and Ethics workshop. Certification is required prior to county fair qualifying show and is good for three fair seasons.
  • Project Bowl Season is Right Around the Corner
    Project Bowl season is right around the corner! The second most attended event during the 4-H year is the Project Bowl competition. Patterned after the golden-oldie television show "College Bowl", it challenges teams of 3-6 youth on their knowledge of 4-H project areas: Dairy, Dog, General Livestock, Horse, Poultry, Rabbit and Wildlife.
