  • 2015 Nicollet County Land Rent Survey Results Available
"The 2015 Land Rent Survey for Nicollet County was conducted in November 2015 and serves as tool to observe trends in local land rent prices. During this period of lower market prices, it is important for landowners and tenants to develop fair rental agreements in order to protect their operations and profit potential. 111 land owners anonymously responded by stating their township and acreage, 2015 cash rent, 2016 cash rent and percent of parcel with adequate drainage. Survey results totaled 19,722.25 acres with a 2015 average rent of $241.13 and a 2016 acreage rent of $235.27; a 2.62% decrease in rent value from 2015-2016."
