4-H Share-the-Fun

This year 4-Hers from both Norman and Mahnomen Counties participated in this fun event!  When 4-Hers participate in events such as Share the Fun, they are able to develop life skills that they can use throughout their lives.  Share the Fun was held Sunday, April 2nd, at the Ada-Borup High School Auditorium.

  1. The Champion performance from Norman County was Katrina Quick from the Hegne Hustlers 4-H Club playing “All of Me” on the piano. 
  2. Reserve Champion went to the Riverside 4-H Club with their musical performance “I’ve Been Working’ on 4-H Projects” performed by Daniel Jossund, Macie Cavett and Addison Cavett. 
  3. Third place was given to Catherine Nelson, from the Marsh River 4-H Club, for her dance routine to “Beautiful Lies by Birdy”. 

The audience enjoyed a Recorder Duet, “Ode to Joy” by Carley Sip & Kiera Hegreberg from the IXL 4-H Club.  The Hegne Hustlers 4-H Club entertained the audience with a club skit titled “Dorothy Finds 4-H” performed by Kaleigh, Karly, Jaden & Jacob Sip, Danny Babolian, Tyrel & Katrina Quick, Elias Traut & Jacobi Strueler.  Madalynn Crompton, from the Woodland 4-H Club shared a recorder solo, “When the Saints Go Marching In” with the audience.  The audience enjoyed a recorder solo by Lydia Christianson from the Marsh River 4-H Club playing “Ode to Joy”.  Gabriel Crompton from the Woodland 4-H Club played a trombone solo. Cheyenne Mickelson performed a dance routine to the enjoyment of the audience.  Cheyenne is from the Woodland 4-H Club.
