    Registration opened on March 19 for Youth Exploring Leadership and Learning Outloud! (YELLO!) The event is open to students who have completed grade 6 - one year past high school and will take place June 12-15 in the 4-H building at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds! Registration closes May 7.
