Looking For Ways To Include All Ages in A Club Meeting Activity?

Fall Volunteer Training was very well attended this year.  Our first try at combining county training events.  And we found we have some tweaking to do to fit all our meeting information into one night.  That being said clubs were able to come away with some ideas to incorporate into their club meetings.  The example given here is from Valley Blazers and what they tried at their November Club meeting.

Songs not your thing?  Here are more ideas of what clubs can do before, during, or after their business meeting to get all members involved.
a) Milroy Go-Getters tried having club officers each take a small group of members to review the secretary report and treasurers report using the treasurers report to have the group members learn about where they found the report information.
b) Group challenges such as moving the group through a spider web or across a river
c) Follow the Leader or Simon Says
d) Relay game using a soft ball or inflatable ball

Clubs or project leaders who have tried and true activities or at least tried and enjoyed activities please share them with us and include a picture or two.  I will do my best to share them with the entire county!
