    The University of Minnesota Extension Scott County offers 4-H programs that are opent o al kids in grades Kindergarten through one year past high school. Within the 4-H program there is a focus on the Kindergarten through 2nd graders in a program call Cloverbuds. The Cloverbud program features fun, age-appropriate activities that focus on cooperation not competition. 4-H welcomes boys and girls from all backgrounds into Cloverbuds.
