4-H Advisory Board May 19 meeting follow-up
Thank you to the Advisory Board and community members who attended the follow-up Listening/Visioning session on May 19th. We had a productive meeting - reviewing the first session with Dean Durgan and developing our areas to address:
- volunteer development and training
We also agreed to move forward, starting this fall, with a modified version of the GOTVIVA process (Growing Opportunities Together - Volunteers in Vision and Action) As promised, below under "Downloads" is an overview that Advisory Board members can use to inform community members. Note, we will modify this process to best meet the unique needs of Sherburne County.
As a reminder, Joe will look for opportunities for youth to respond to the listening/visioning session questions.
I hope you will find the materials useful. Please feel free to contact me if you need further information.
