Don’t Miss the May 15th Deadline of Getting Your Animals Entered in the System and Ear Tagged!

If you are planning on showing an animal at this year’s County or State Fair, they must be entered in 4HOnline with proper identifying information and with most animals, have an ear tag or tattoo. All of this must be completed by May 15th. This deadline applies to all breeding beef, dairy, dairy goats, meat goats, dogs, horses, lamas, poultry, rabbits, sheep and swine. As every animal has differing needs for the identification process, please go
here for more details on your particular animal. Also, you can find a quick start guide to entering your animal into 4HOnline here.

Animal ID’s will be checked as you arrive at the County Fair. All animals must meet the State 4-H requirements as well as be entered into the system.  Ear tags are available at the 4-H office at 2503 Rice Lake Road.  Please call ahead before picking up your tags.
If you have any questions please call Tim Caines at 218-733-2873 or email me at .
