  • Sign up for the Wright-Hennepin Fundraiser
    Wright County 4-H has been invited to host the Wright-Hennepin shareholders’ annual dinner. This is a great fundraiser for our 4-H Exchange and Federation, and we need your help! Remember: All 4-H’ers involved in State Fair, Citizenship Washington Focus, or Exchange especially should participate in this fundraiser.
  • Exchange Meeting
    Exchange Meeting WHO: All current participants WHEN: April 17, 7:00 pm WHERE: Public Works Building WHAT: Exchange is a great program put on through Wright County 4-H in which 4-H’ers go on a travel excursion to another county or state for about a week to learn more about that place. Members will continue to work on plans for the 2017 Exchange trip at this meeting.
  • Summer Kick-Off Meeting
    Summer Kick-Off Meeting WHO: 4-H’ers and non-members interested in learning about our summer events. WHEN: April 17, open house 4:30-8:00 pm WHERE: Public Works Building WHAT: Open house event to highlight some of our upcoming summer programs and get more information about participating. There will be hands-on activities and lots of opportunities to ask questions. This event will replace the annual Shooting Sports and Dog Information meetings— if you are planning on participating you should make sure you are at this event to get the information you need to participate!

    DEADLINE: May 15th
  • Dog Training Classes
    4-H Dog Training Classes consist of ten sessions of obedience, showmanship, and/or agility trainings taught by former 4-H’ers and adult volunteer trainers. Both youth and adults, 4-H’ers or non-members, are welcome to participate. Please note: there will not be a vaccination clinic this year.
  • Arts-In Director Wanted!
    Arts-In Director Wanted! Wright County 4-H is currently seeking an Arts-In Director! In the Arts-In program, youth prepare a musical performance to perform several times on stage during the Wright County Fair. Arts-In is all about performing arts including singing, dancing, acting, instrumental accompaniment, costume design, set construction and technical work. It’s also a great chance for 4-H’ers to work on leadership, goal-setting and teamwork. More information about the Arts-In Director position can be found online at:
