Keep youth safe when participating in 4-H programs

Now is the time of year to plan for risk and keeping youth safe as they participate in a variety of programs, activities and events. Use our online planning tool and risk management materials to ensure safe and healthy environments for youth and adults participating in 4-H programs and activities.

Plan to attend annual volunteer training this fall

Powerful things happen for youth when they’re in a positive relationship with caring adults. The 2018 annual volunteer training, “4-H Grows Relationships,” will ready youth and adult volunteers to connect to young people in meaningful ways. Dates and locations are planned across the state this fall. Be sure to bring a team of youth and adult volunteers.
