Trail and Showmanship Clinic with Darleen Gargano and Kelly Manner

WHAT: Are you ready to take your Trail Class and Showmanship knowledge to the next level?  AQHA competitors Darlene Gargano and Kelly Manner are offering their expertise to Itasca County and North St Louis 4-H’ers in a one-day clinic free of charge.  Swan River Pastures in Bovey, MN (owners Jerry and Marlene Eichorn and facility managers Kelly and Adam Bentow) have offered the use of their indoor arena for this clinic, also at no charge.

WHEN: Saturday, May 12 from 8am-4pm.  Sign-in and warm up begins at 8am with riding starting promptly at 9.

WHO:  Enrolled 4-H members in Itasca & NSL, currently in grades 3 and up. Limited to first 15 who register, so sign up ASAP. 

WHERE: Swan River Pastures in Bovey, MN(24252 Co Rd 70, Bovey, MN 55709)

REGISTRATION REQUIRED:  Complete the form below or go to Submit registration to 4-H office.
Registration closes April 6 – sooner if session fills.


MUST BRING:  A helmet must be worn by all riders.  Also bring hay, water bucket, tack, manure fork, etc.  Be

prepared to tie at your trailer and clean up after yourself and your horse.

MEALS:  Lunch will be provided onsite for $5.
