Plants for Pollinators Research Project with University of Minnesota

Find out what they have planned for the upcoming year which will include working with a researcher from the U of M.  They are looking for around 20 youth to take part in Plants for Pollinators which will start with the May 5 meeting.  All you need is a little garden space to participate in this research project.  The Lincoln and Lyon County 4-H Engineering Club's research will be included in their statewide research program involving growing certain flowering plants and using a chart to identify what pollinators visit your flowers.  All materials will be available free of charge.  If interested, please contact Stephanie DeJaeghere at or (507) 828-5754.

The Engineering 4-H Club will be meeting monthly from April to October.
