Clinics are subject to change depending on clinician availability.  Watch the Rice County 4-H Horse Facebook page for weather cancelations.

All sessions start at 6 pm at the Horse Arena on the Rice County Fairgrounds:

  • You cannot unload your horse at clinics without a current Coggins!  Coggins must be uploaded and information updated on 4HOnline.  If it expires after the May 15 Minnesota State 4-H animal ID deadline, you need to turn the current Coggins into the office or email a readable Coggins to Lisa at holli021@umn.edu so it can be uploaded/updated on 4HOnline.
  • ALL horses must be entered or reactivated on 4HOnline by the May 15 Minnesota State 4-H animal ID deadline.
  • Must wear ASTM/SEI CERTIFIED helmet, heel boots, pants no shorts.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your own horse(s) in the arena and on the fairgrounds.
  • Cloverbud participants must follow the MN State 4-H Cloverbud policy.

If you did not receive an email in regards to the Horse Information, here is the link.
