RSVP’s are requested for almost all programming and meetings. The information given allows the office to have enough materials, food and supplies for everyone. It is critical in many situations that you provide the requested information to assure a well-stocked event. Please respect these requests and the time frame they are given in. The RSVP also directs decisions in actually holding an event or cancelling. It is very frustrating when an event is cancelled and it would have been held, had the RSVP been given by the deadline. Thank you for your help in providing timely RSVP’s!!
