DEVICE:

NOTE: You can skip these instructions unless you are planning to set-up MeetingMaker to synchronize with your Palm-compatible device.

Background

If you have MeetingMaker already set up and have purchased a Palm-compatible device such as product from Palm, Handspring, or Sony, you can have the ability to synchronize your calendar between the Palm device and MeetingMaker.

This procedure explains how to install the MeetingMaker Palm conduits on an existing MeetingMaker installation.

Setup Procedure

1. Go to the Start Menu -> Settings -> click on Control Panel

2. Within the Control Panel window double-click on "Add or Remove Programs"

3. Within the "Add or Remove Programs" window there is a list of currently installed programs.  Locate MeetingMaker within that list and highlight it (click on it once).  Then click on the Change/Remove button.

4. Click on the OK button to remove the MeetingMaker program.  Your schedule will not be affected by this.

5. Load the Palm Desktop software that came with your PDA. If no software was supplied with your PDA, you can download the software from:
