IT Team - Processed HTML Counter Utilities

Add the following include files to top of www page (before any HTML code is executed) that needs to be linked to the programs database

Counter(Name, InitialValue)
This function is used return an incrementing number based on a unique name and initial starting number.  




Parameters:



    
Name -
    
Name which uniquely identifies this counter --- use something cryptic to ensure no one else can use it (like a password)   
   



    
InitialValue -
    
Number (Integer) to start the counter.   
    






Example:

Just include the function in your page in the following format and the function will return an incrementing number
(starting at 1000) each time it is executed.

<%=Counter("MyCounter123wqqqq", 1000)%>
