County Ambassador STEM Learning

Using funds from a grant presented by the Northland Foundation’s Kid Plus program, the County Ambassadors took a day trip to the Minnesota Science museum in St. Paul. Once there, they were able to explore fun and educational exhibits covering a wide range of topics. The special exhibit was “Mazes and Puzzles”, which required everyone to put on their thinking caps to solve. They also attended the Omni-film “Rocky Mountain Express” which chronicled the building of Canada’s first transcontinental railway. As the picture shows, not even a scary T-Rex could keep our ambies from learning!
