4-H Fall Volunteer Training, “Vibrant Youth, Vibrant Clubs - Leadership Takes a Village”

Plan to attend the 2016 4-H Fall Volunteer Training, “Vibrant Youth, Vibrant Clubs - Leadership Takes a Village”.

All 4-H youth & adult volunteers in clubs and county-wide groups and programs, including Project Development Committees, Federations, Leader’s Council and others are invited.  At least one volunteer from each club or group needs to attend, but you are encouraged to come as a team of youth and adults.
Training will focus on creating a healthy, vibrant group with an emphasis on engaging more volunteers and sharing leadership. You will discover ways to share roles with youth and adult volunteers and examine your club leadership structure to keep your group vibrant for years to come.
Participants are asked to bring a copy of their club/group program calendar for use in one of the activities.
