    Register for the 2019 Minnesota 4-H Engineering Design Challenge!

    Team registrations are now open for the 2019 Minnesota 4-H Engineering Design Challenge! The challenge is designed for youth in grades 3 - 12 and provides an opportunity for youth to problem solve while using their imaginations, working with others and having a fun experience!

    Save the date for YELLO!

    The State Ambassadors are asking youth in grades 6+ to save the date for the 2019 YELLO! youth leadership conference. The conference will take place June 11-14 in St. Paul. Registration will open by April 1.

    2019 Minnesota 4-H scholarships available for college-bound 4-H youth

    Extension development and Minnesota 4-H offer several scholarships for 4-H youth who are pursuing post-secondary studies at accredited colleges and universities. Over $20,000 is awarded annually through a competitive application process. All applications are due to the Extension development office by April 1.

    2019 animal science lease information is now available

    Minnesota 4-H allows the leasing of animal science projects to ensure that all members have the opportunity to experience the showing of livestock projects. Animal science lease information has been updated for 2019 and is available on our website.

    Attend spring 2019 SS&W Leader Certification Training

    4-H SS&W Leader Certification Trainings will be held April 6-7 in Isanti County and April 27-28 in Jordan. These trainings are designed for adults and youth that lead or would like to lead training in shooting sports, wildlife, or ATV safety. Deadlines for registering for the trainings are March 22 and April 12. Disciplines fill quickly, so make sure registration forms are sent in early!

    Camp Counselors Wanted

    Youth in grades 9 and up are encouraged to consider becoming a counselor for Summer Camp, to be held June 5-8, 2018. Counselor training will be May 11-12.

    4-H Summer Camp Counselors Needed

    Youth in grades 9 and up are invited to apply to be a camp counselor. Applications are due April 1st.

    Cloverbud Adventures

    4-H Cloverbud Adventures are being scheduled for January 12 (Snowmen), February 9 (Music), March 9 (Beef), April 13 (Snacks) and May 18 (Wildlife) on Saturdays from 9-11 a.m

    Fruit Sale

    Attention! The county-wide fruit sale will be starting, with delivery set for March 24.

    Monthly 4-H County Project Meetings

    Monthly county project meetings have been scheduled once a month through the winter months. These meetings are open to any member, parent or volunteer to attend.
