    Winter weather reminders
    As we move into the season of less-than-desirable winter weather we would like to remind you that all 4-H county meetings (as well as most club meetings) will be postponed or cancelled when there is inclement weather. We will do our best to cancel/postpone meetings two hours before their scheduled start time
    Reminder: Stitch club meets December 8th!
    The first Saturday of each month, the Stitch Club meets to learn various stitching techniques. Saturday, December 8th from 9-11 a.m. will be the last Cross Stitch Learning session for this year. Click Article Title for more information
    December Cloverbud meeting: Santa's Workshop
    The December Cloverbud Meeting will take place on Sunday, December 9th at 2-4 PM. We will be having a Santa's Workshop theme & winter fun. This meeting will take place in the Farmers Room, please use the 4-H Door code.

    STEM: Pendulum time project workshop

    Want to get a head start on 2019 Fair Projects? After all, fair is only 8 months away! Youth, grades 3-6 please join us to experience different project areas, and explore what a project could look like- even finish one or two! Click article title for more details

    4-H Volunteers: Sign up now to attend the SW Winter Project Leader Training!
    Plan to join fellow 4-H adult volunteers to network and gain new ideas for helping youth learn through projects. One of our overarching 4-H program goals is that “Youth will learn by developing a passion in their area of interest”. To support this goal, we need volunteers to share their interests and lead project learning opportunities to help youth identify and pursue areas of interest. It will be held on Saturday, February 23 from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at SMSU in Marshall.
    2019 Southwest Animal Science Challenge
    Dairy, general livestock, and horse enthusiasts – mark your calendar! The eighth annual Southwest Animal Science Challenge will be held on Saturday, February 16, at the Wabasso Public School.
