Ambassador Program, Pine County

Are you...

  • An active 4-H member?
  • Interested in promoting 4-H?
  • Positive & enthusiastic?
  • Willing to share your 4-H experience with others?
  • A good role model for younger 4-H’ers?
  • Responsible & dedicated?
  • Looking for ways to be more involved in 4-H?
  • Then you should be an Ambassador!

 Why be an Ambassador?

  • As a 4-H County Ambassador you may participate in a variety of activities such as…
  • Fun trips in and outside of the county
  • Leadership Challenges (high ropes course anyone?)
  • Visit other 4-H clubs and schools
  • Meet and team up with Ambassadors from neighboring counties
  • See YOUR ideas come to life and make a difference in our county
  • Be a summer camp counselor
  • Teach after school programs

State Ambassadors

4-H’ers 10th grade+ have the opportunity to serve as State Ambassadors. In addition to planning BLU & YELLO, State Ambis work with teens across Minnesota to develop their citizenship and leadership skills.

The Ambassador program is a good place to get actively involved in leadership in Pine County 4-H.  Participation is easy, and we encourage youth in grades 6 through 13 to join.  At our meetings we develop leadership skills through interactive lessons that challenge you to think in new ways and develop your strengths. Ambassadors take time at each meeting to discuss what is important to them and learn how to enact change in our county and world.
