The Food Stand Manager is responsible for daily kitchen and dining area operations during the Blue Earth County Fair. In addition to overseeing the food stand during the fair, the manager leads pre-fair planning, including ordering supplies and setting up the food stand.
This position will start on or around July 15 and end by July 31, following clean-up and wrap-up post-fair.
Who is right for the job? A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in food service and cooking for large groups is preferred.
