What will you do? You will:
- Receive an introduction to University of Minnesota Extension, a major outreach arm of the University of Minnesota that works with 35,000+ volunteers and facilitates 1,700+ partnerships throughout the state.
- Connect with people in various communities to understand how the ANR team can educate and support them.
- Build relationships and expand your network in the agricultural/natural resource field.
- Develop your own educational project uniquely tailored to your unique passions.
- Collaborate with farmers, non-profits, agency staff, Extension educators and Extension specialists.
- Work with local media to spread the word, and provide social media and communications support.
