Livestock Quality Assurance and Ethics (LQA&E) training will be held in Johnson Hall at the Nicollet County Fairgrounds on Tuesday, June 4, from 5 to 9 p.m.
LQA&E training helps youth provide excellent care for their animals and ensure a high level of food safety for consumers. It was designed to enhance the educational experience of 4-H animal science projects and is required for all state fair exhibitors.
