4-H clover Roseau County 4-H Project Bowl

Do you like trivia games and enjoy learning about livestock, including horses, beef, swine, meat goats and/or sheep? If you answered yes, you should consider joining one of the 2024 Roseau County 4-H Project Bowl teams! We are reaching out for more team members! 

What is Project Bowl? It is a team, knowledge-based trivia competition put on by Minnesota 4-H for youth in grades 3+ (Similar to Knowledge Bowl). If participation allows, we can have a junior and senior team. Learn more about 4-H Regional and State Project Bowls.

Project Bowl practices 

  • General Livestock Project Bowl kickoff practice is Sunday, January 14, at 4:30 p.m. at the Roseau Courthouse in the Boardroom. 
  • Horse Project Bowl practice on Monday, January 15, at 6 p.m. at the Roseau County Courthouse Boardroom. 

Registration

  • Extending registration deadline: Let us know if you have any questions or would like to participate by Friday, January 19 so we are sure you are on the team registration form. To sign up visit,

Dates to consider

  • The 12th Annual Northern MN 4-H Project Bowl Invitational in Crookston (optional for a team) - Saturday, February 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the University of Minnesota Crookston.
  • Regional Competition – Saturday, March 16 - Bemidji (Bemidji High School) and Redwood Falls (Redwood Falls High School).
  • State Competition (pending regional results) – is Saturday, April 6, 2024, in Sauk Rapids, MN.
